General Rules
Outside catering is welcomed, and alcoholic beverages are allowed.
We do not allow animals or weapons on the premises.
Feel free to remove chairs and tables if needed or bring your own for set up,
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance may be required
We can remove furniture and wall hangings if needed. Please ask.
Smoke machines are allowed
There are security cameras located in the front, side, and back of the home. Cameras will be left on.
